Returns/Exchange


All our products are handcrafted and go through quality control before dispatch.
With WERB , we want you to be a part of our small community, wear your mood and have fun with your look.

Before you think of returning our product , just take a moment to understand that lot of effort goes into designing and crafting every WERB product. So, all purchases made on www.werb.in are final and we do not offer refunds.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:
1. Packages lost in transit.
2. Damage during shipping.
3. Incorrect product dispatched.

In case of damaged or incorrect product, you should return the products exactly in the way they were received( unworn with original packaging and tags)
To report a problem, you must reach out to us through our contact number/ email within 24 hours of receiving the product along with the photographs of the product. Once our team authorizes the return and we receive the damaged/ incorrect product , we will dispatch the new product of the same design.

No returns/ exchange/ refund will be given in the following cases:
1. Minor color/ design variations. The color of gemstones may vary slightly from the photographs on the website since all our products are handcrafted and
stones used are natural.
2. If the product darkens over time. Please refer to our jewellery care section for more details.
3. Incorrect delivery address.
4. After 3 failed delivery attempts or package refused by recipient.
5. Products returned in used / damaged condition.

No exchange/ return will be provided on any purchases made during sale and will be deemed final.
